Rescue Me ID: 15-03-01-00029Savannah (female)

Ocicat    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Savannah is a purebred 2 year old lilac Ocicat who came into rescue from an Ocicat breeder. She is absolutely stunning! She has incredible green eyes, and perfect lilac/silver spotted markings. Savannah is long, lithe and perfect in proportion. She is slender, with dainty feet and beautiful, chiseled features. If you've ever want to own a purebred, rescued Oci, here is your chance. Savannah is a very loving cat, but knowledge of the breed is important. She is not fond of dogs, and is an alpha female cat who takes time to adjust to other cats in her home (however she lives happily with other cats once she had time to acclimate.) Ocicats are ... (Read More)a strong breed; they're not for inexperienced cat owners. They are confident, social and outgoing, and enjoy having other pets in their 'pack', but that acceptance must be given time to blossom. When acclimating she will need her own space. Savannah is very loyal and loving and very friendly and is a super confident, intelligent cat. She needs companionship to thrive and would not be suitable to be left home alone with no company for hours, therefore she's more well suited for a family household than a single, working person's household. She is fine with teenagers, and has not been around small kids. Savannah is litter box trained, up to date on her vaccines, felv/fiv tested (negative), preventatively treated for ear mites and dewormed, and is microchipped. She comes with a free vet visit with one of our rescue's partnered veterinarians. Her adoption fee is $150. Contact AZ Small Dog Rescue for more information. Savannah can be seen at their shelter at 1102 W Hatcher Rd, Phoenix, 85021 daily from 11-6. (Less)
